Professional Conduct Complaints
A complaint about the professional conduct of a Regulated member of the CRDHA may come from an employer, a co-worker or a member of the public. Regulated members include members on the General Member Register as well as dental hygienists on the Courtesy Member Register. A complaint may also be made about a former Regulated member, provided it is made within two years of the date the individual ceased to be a Regulated member.
Receipt of Complaints
Professional Conduct complaint submitted to the CRDHA Complaints Director must:
- Be in writing.
- Name the Regulated member.
- Be signed by the person filing the complaint.
